I am following the MOOC Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator as negociation is a useful skill both professionally and personally.
I am also following the Mindvalley mentoring program.
I read a lot, with at least a book per week.
My exercise routine includes kettlebell swings, bodyweight exercises, resistance tubes and running.
I am trying to reduce my sugar, alcohol and meat intakes.
