On a language perspective, I am improving my Spanish, my Russian and trying to refresh my German.
I am also following the Mindvalley mentoring program.
I am also following a MOOC on neurobiology: Understanding the Brain: The Neurobiology of Everyday Life.
I read a lot, with at least a book per week.
My exercise routine includes kettlebell swings, bodyweight exercises and running.
I am trying to reduce my sugar, alcohol and meat intakes.
